EARLINET Council
The Council includes five members who are elected for a three-year term.
During the last General Assembly, held in Athens on 8 September 2026, the following members were elected:
Holger Baars, TROPOS, Germany (Chair)
Eleni Marinou, NOA, Greece
Michael Sicard, LACy, France
Maria Filioglou (FMI), Finland / Nikolaos Siomos (LMU), Germany. The term will be split, with Maria serving the first 1.5 years and Nikos the remaining 1.5 years.
Davide Dionisi (CNR), Italy
The heads of ACTRIS ARES and ACTRIS CARS are permanent consultants to the EARLINET Council:
